Nothing To Fear originally aired on Coldcut's Solid Steel BBC radio show, and is newly remastered in 2019.
Steinski the man, the DJ, The remixer, The Producer, the legend has laid down a masterpiece of mixing history here that covers genres that few DJs could even understand yet alone mix, edit and morph into workable pieces for this tapestry of sheer ART. Just the intro alone spans more complex arrangements and clever mixing tricks than many a pro could even come close to matching. The thing is, he doesn't just take records (MP3s to the "new" DJ's) and mix them together to create a "blend" Steinski takes fragments of sound, music, voice snips and "twists" them to carefully and meticulously make them "fit" into his vision for this mastermix.
